Provide comprehensive monthly and annual Management Reports.
Promptly and diligently respond to all inquiries or concerns
Provide guidance on adequate insurance coverage, administer claims and maintain appropriate records.
Recruit, hire, train and supervise on-site personnel in accordance with the terms agreed upon by the Board of Directors.
Establish job descriptions and work schedules for on-site staff
