Larry is an action-oriented Professional Engineer with over 30 years of experience, who uses his business acumen and understanding to complete client projects on schedule and on budget.
Larry builds collaborative relationships with managers, engineers, vendors and clients to deliver results and resolve building issues.
He focuses on identifying the root cause of problems and then designs solutions to achieve actionable plans and clear outcomes. He can review detailed specifications for major projects, and work with the consulting engineers in order to provide a second opinion on capital projects.
His goal is to provide Boards with comfort, confidence and support in their decision making. He also advises mangers with recommendations to a variety of day to day building operational issues.
