Seasoned Administrative Manager

Ezzie currently holds the position of Senior Manager – Office & Administration and is responsible for managing the Head Office and all of its administrative staff to ensure operations run smoothly.  With over 38 years of property management experience, Ezzie has gained a wealth of industry knowledge. As a result, she has  become an excellent resource and mentor for the office staff.

Ezzie started her career with Residential and Commercial Rental management and became proficient at it.  In her previous company she held the position of VP of Operations and ran a boutique property management firm.  In 1996 she became involved in Condominium Management and has been working in this field ever since.  She worked as a Property Manager for several years before taking on the role of Office Manager.  Ezzie has accounting knowledge and great leadership skills. Her extensive experience has given her the ability to troubleshoot problems with easy.

  • Ezzie held her Real Estate License for a period of time.
  • Created and implemented the existing electronic filing system at Head Office
  • Implemented online Status Certificate process and continues to actively maintain the system
  • Great troubleshooter and can solve complex problems with ease.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Yardi.
