Who we are
We are an ACMO 2000 certified property management firm with a team made up of more than 50 staff managing over 8 million sq.ft. of real estate. As a group of professionals, we offer diverse expertise in our core management services, as well as a niche in stabilizing and revitalizing distressed properties on behalf of lenders, receivers, and institutional partners.

Canlight has been involved in bringing a troubled building back from the brink. They were instrumental in guiding a very inexperienced Board in the proper direction by assisting us in procuring a bank loan to complete over time, and critical projects such as replacement of underground parking garage slab, balcony slab edge restoration and installation of new railings, plus modernization of three elevators.
Canlight has managed our twin buildings for several years with great management that extends beyond the onsite team. The company transitioned various staff changes seamlessly.
