We are seeking an experienced Live-In Assistant Superintendent to join our Team.  He or she will assist the Superintendent and Property Manager, and will be responsible for meeting all contractual obligations and deliverables as well as achieving or exceeding the company’s and client’s key performance indicator targets.  The location of the Property is in Brampton, ON.  The property is a 15-floor rental building with 153 units.

  • Start Date: March 2021, training will be provided prior to the start date.
  • Handy Man Skills REQUIRED. (i.e. painting, drywall, tiling, reglaze a bathtub)
  • Salary commensurate with experience.
  • Benefits package available.

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Brampton, ON (near Bramalea City Centre)
