Over the past 25 years Gino has gained a depth of knowledge and expertise in construction and building automation and has applied this knowledge to manage some of the most unique properties and Associations including University of Toronto Long Term Residences and Visiting Faculty.  His clients appreciate and value that beyond day to day management, they have a technical resource of assessing and resolving complex situations.


As a result of his wealth of experience, Gino was asked to become a founding member of the Tarion Advisory Board for the protection of Condominium Corporations.

Gino merged his company with Canlight in October 2013, and brings 11 years experience with Bramalea Limited as an Assistant Technical Operation Manager handling mechanical, maintenance and capital repairs for a large portfolio of high rise buildings.

Gino was instrumental in obtaining the largest monetary warranty pay-out in Ontario of $1.2 Million in 2015 from a Developer to a Condominium Corporation through his association with Tarion.
