Toronto, ON August 8, 2016, Donald Kason, President & CEO of Canlight is pleased to welcome Larry Dinally who has joined Canlight today in the capacity of Chief Operating Officer to lead Canlight’s property management operations. Larry has been in the property management industry for over 20 years and brings with him a vast range of expertise and skills in residential, commercial and condominium management.
Larry obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at the University of Michigan. He is a past Director on the Board of the Greater Toronto Apartment Association (GTAA) and the Fair Rental Policy Organization (FRPO). His skills include Business Operations, Staff Development, Budgeting, Employee Relations, Negotiation Expertise and Analytical Skills.
Most recently as a vice president at Broder & Sachse, Dinally oversaw a portfolio of assets providing world class customer service with a focus on maximizing property performances by implementing corrective actions and creating strategies for long-term appreciation. An operations expert who excels at building strong teams, Larry draws on his experience at Canadian management firms such as Morguard and GWL Realty Advisors to consistently increase net operating income and enhance property value for owners.
