Dolly is our Human Resources expert and administers the payroll and all other HR functions. She takes on initiatives to improve employee morale and attracts great talent that fit the Canlight corporate culture. Dolly provides regular review of staffing and company policies to ensure industry compliance and to meet the needs of our clients.
Dolly has years of experience in HR Management including processing payroll, staff recruiting, job analysis, performance management and reviews, employee relations, and implementation of various projects related to HR.
In addition to being instrumental in providing our employees with support, Dolly feels that an employee is worth more than their current designation. She is constantly assisting our staff by recognizing their strengths and transferable skill sets–encouraging both their use and educational development.
